Full-Time Caravan / Motorhome Sales Person

The successful applicant will join a very effective Sales Department, selling a wide range of both new and used Caravans and Motorhomes. Although mostly based at Highbridge you will also be representing the Company at various exhibitions throughout the Country ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

Full-Time Handover Person

Our Highbridge, Somerset Branch office is looking for a Full time Handover Person to join our helpful and friendly team.

Duties to include:

  • Working alongside the Sales team and workshop - checking that all the jobs are completed on all vehicles prior to the day of collection and all parts and accessories are either in the vehicle or put to one side.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are of a high standard and pass quality control before the customer collects and any issues are put right prior to the customer collecting, with the aim of not delaying the customer in any way.
  • To demonstrate the internal and external workings of caravans and motorhomes to our customers at point of collection

The Successful applicant will demonstrate

  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Experience of Caravans and Motorhomes

You will process the following qualities:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Can work on own initiative
  • Team Player.

Tuesday - Saturday 8.00am - 4.30pm

Salary will be discussed at interview stage.

Full-Time Service Technician

Will be required to work to high standards on customers' vehicles. Working on the mechanical, LPG and electrical side of Touring Caravans and Motorhomes. Although mostly based at Highbridge you will also be required to undertake work on customers' vehicles either at their homes or campsite.

  • Full training will be given.
  • Experience in a workshop environment and proven technical ability is essential.
  • The opportunity to take a City & Guilds in Caravan servicing, an LPG and industry electrical qualifications are available as well as various product knowledge courses throughout the year.
  • 40 hour working week with optional overtime when available.

Full-Time Repair Technician

Will be required to work to high standards on customers' vehicles. Would suit someone with carpentry experience. Will involve repairing and replacing internal woodwork, external panels, and fitting canopies, bike racks, etc. 40 hours working and optional overtime available when required.

Full-Time Aftersales Experienced Caravan & Motorhome Driver

We are currently looking for A Full Time Aftersales Experienced Caravan & Motorhome Driver to join our team of helpful and friendly staff within our busy Highbridge Aftersales Department

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Towing Caravans to the Wash Department and Workshops on site as and when required.
  • Keeping the Aftersales areas tidy and well organised.
  • Providing logistical solutions for our customers.
  • Collect & Deliver Caravans and Motorhomes to and from customer premises /sites.
  • Collect & Deliver Caravans and Motorhomes to and from other Highbridge Caravans' sites
  • Collect & Deliver Caravans and Motorhomes to and from external Body shop repairers
  • All other adhoc driving jobs

Essential:

  • You must hold a clean UK Driver's License
  • Either able to drive up to 7.5tonnes with proven towing experience or hold an approved towing license

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a customer facing role, and will have a genuine interest in outdoor leisure.

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Part-Time Caravan & Motorhome Sales Assistant

The successful applicant will join a very effective Sales Department at our Highbridge, Somerset branch, assisting the Caravan & Motorhome sales team in providing excellent first point customer service.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Ideally, but not essential, you would have previously worked within the industry or have experience in a similar busy sales environment.

  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Full drivers licence is required

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a customer facing role, and will have a genuine interest in outdoor leisure.


Teigngrace, Devon Branch

Full-Time Service Technician
